• During festive seasons like Christmas or Chinese New Year, shipping may take 4-5 working days due to increased courier activity.

Shipping Costs:

• $3.90 for orders under $60.
• FREE shipping for orders above $60.

International Shipping:

• We offer international shipping.
• Certain countries may have restrictions on liquid form products (our rollers) or cosmetic products (our balms). Before placing orders, please chat with us via WhatsApp to check if we can ship to your location.

Order Tracking:

• Tracking information is provided via email once the order is shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments:
