Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Our balms and rollers do not need to be returned.
  • We will process a refund if the balm or roller is damaged or not in optimal condition upon receipt.
  • Please get in touch with us at +65 9271 4797. We will review your case and process a full or partial refund as necessary.

Conditions:

  • If the roller bottle is broken, or if the balm is received in a melted state, simply send us a picture to process your refund.

Time Frame:

  • Customers must request a refund within a day of receiving their order.

Process to Initiate a Refund:

  • Take a picture of the damaged item.
  • WhatsApp us at +65 9271 4797 and state your order number.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

  • There is no need to return items due to hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds will be processed based on the provided evidence of damage.
